How to Cancel or Delete a Stuck Print Job in the Windows Print Queue

1 Open up Services

• Start menu search
• Run>Services.msc

2 Find Print Spooler in the list, and click the Stop button

3 Now open up Windows Explorer and put this into the location bar:

   

   %windir%\System32\spool\PRINTERS 

4 Delete all the files listed in the Printers folder

   Note: Do not delete the Printers folder

5 Now go back to Services and click the Start button to start up the service again
